Dear Atiek,
The cost of Dysport application depends on the number of units applied. One unit costs 77 CZK at our clinic, therefore for the area of the forehead the range is usually between 2 300 and 3 100 CZK (glabella is charged separately). If by smile line you mean the gummy smile application there the price is usually around 1 600 CZK.
We do offer the plasmatherapy treatment and it costs 7 400 CZK or 8 900 CZK if the plasma is enriched with the hyaluronic acid.
